Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet corn

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp fresh cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp coriander

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds
  • Mix in the boiled corn and stir for 1 min
  • Add cream , salt , pepper , and chilli flakes .
  • Cook for 2 – 3 minutes until creamy .
  • Garnish with coriander and serve warm .

Notes

  • Use frozen corn if fresh isn”t avaible
  • Add cheese to make it extra rich .
