200g paneer
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp tbsp mixed herbs or a oregano
salt to taste
fresh coriander for garnish
Directions
- Heat butter + oil in a pan
- Add garlic and saute until golden
- Add paneer cubes and toss on medium flame for 2 – 3 mins
- Add chilli flakes , pepper , herbs , and salt .
- Toss well until paneer gets a light golden coating .
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot
Notes
- Do not over cook paneer it will turn hard .
